So... it's St. Pats Day.

And I have erroneously placed it as my mother's birthday. To me it is. I guess that means that idgaf? 🤷 I detest her so, whatever her birthday is, good for her.

I think tonight, I want to have some boxty or something, colcannon? I wish that Maman would cook us Irish foods. :) In the Jewish faith, we have latkes, which is somewhat like boxty... but it usually served in and around Hanukkah.

What a mess I am, genealogically speaking! 🤣😅 But I digress... you can be Irish and Jewish if your bloodlines say so. :) I am also Welsh which should please Chiara some. :D

Enough about that, I am just waiting for dinner. Don't know what it will be.

Had loads of colcannon, never tasted a latke in my life.

Genealogically speaking, being a mess is best! Keeps us healthy and smart they say ;-)

I hope you had a grand St Patrick's Day x

We have latke here but we call it potato rosti. We also have colcannon, which I love, just like bubble and squeak which is the closest dish here. Fried until it's crispy on the outside, yummy. I hope your St Patrick's day was good.
